Each slope front shelter comes equipped with a hydraulic pressure lift door and non-skid stairs with safety rails.

Concrete

Our storm shelters are reinforced with fiber as well as steel rebar, and they are poured with a minimum of 6,000 psi concrete.

Warranty

The manufacturer warrants that there will be no leakage in the concrete structure for a period of 10 years from the date of installation. This includes the seal where the two (2) units are joined.
